Our core processor has assured us they are working round the clock to recreate and relocate their servers in another state and restore the online and mobile banking services as soon as possible.
At this time we do not have a specific ETA on the availability of these services, but we will be communicating as often as we have updates.
It’s very important to communicate that your data is safe and sound and the only impact is the availability of the online and mobile banking services due to the hardware failures at the Texas data center.
