FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR IMPACTED MEMBERS
We recognize the impact the COVID-19 virus is having on our members, and we are committed to supporting you. To assist our members with loan payments, we have implemented various financial assistance program for qualifying impacted members. If you are encountering any financial concerns with your accounts, and need assistance, please call us at 1-626-444-0501.
In order to maintain a safe environment and address member concerns, we would like to inform you of the preventative measures we have implemented as well as highlight alternative methods to access your accounts:
- In-Branch Safety: We have increased the frequency of cleaning services in our office from twice a week to three times a week. Credit union employees are required to sanitize their hands before and after handling cash along with washing their hands. We have made hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes readily available to our members. We ask that members who are ill or experiencing flu-like symptoms to refrain from visiting our branch. Please call to speak to a representative, and we will do our best to work with you by phone after verifying security information.
- Banking by Phone: Our automated voice response system allows you to handle your financial transactions whenever you choose. Check account balances, check loan balances, transfer funds and find out which checks have cleared. Access our 24-hour Member-link at (855) 297-5008.
For additional help by phone, call our office during business hours and speak to a representative. For security purposes, we will verify your identity before providing information about your account. Please be advised that hold time may be longer than usual.
- Mobile Banking: Our mobile banking app allows you to check your balance, process transfers, pay bills, view transaction history, and make deposits.

Online Banking: Visit https://elmonteccu-dn.financial-net.com/ to access your accounts using online banking. You may log in using your username and password. - ATM: You may utilize CO-OP ATMs which can be found in locations such as 7Eleven. To find a CO-OP ATM near you, use our ATM Locator.
